1. INTRODUCTION

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to all bookings, rentals, and services provided by Bold Studios in connection with studio use, photography, videography, podcast production, and associated services.

2. DEFINITIONS

● Client: Any person or company booking or using Bold Studios facilities or services.

● Studio: Any space or set within Bold Studios including but not limited to Cyclorama, Kitchen, Bar, CEO Office, Podcast Room, and Daylight Studio.

● Services: Any production-related support including photography, videography, podcasting, equipment rental, post-production, props, set design, and staffing.

3. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT

● Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written agreement and payment (100% upfront for new clients).

● Balance must be paid before the shoot.

● Overtime charges apply beyond agreed hours and must be settled immediately.

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

● Cancellations within 24 hours of booking date are not accepted but can reschedule before 24 Hours.

● Same-day cancellations or no-shows are charged 100% of the booking fee.

5. STUDIO USE

● Studio must be used only for agreed-upon creative or commercial purposes.

● Clients must treat the studio and equipment with care and report any damage immediately.

● Any damage caused will be billed in full to the client.

6. EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY

● Equipment is to be used responsibly and only as instructed.

● Bold Studios is not responsible for personal items left unattended.

● All external equipment brought in must be approved in advance.

7. SAFETY AND CONDUCT

● Clients are responsible for ensuring all team members and guests behave respectfully and safely.

● Smoking, open flames, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

● Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at all times.

8. INSURANCE AND LIABILITY

● Clients are encouraged to carry their own insurance.

● Bold Studios is not liable for loss, damage, or injury unless caused by gross negligence.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

● All creative work produced by Bold Studios remains the intellectual property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

● Bold Studios reserves the right to request usage rights for promotional purposes.

10. POST-PRODUCTION

● Post-editing services are available upon request and are quoted separately unless included in a
package.

● Turnaround times vary by project and will be communicated in advance.

11. SET DESIGN AND PROP PRODUCTION

● Custom sets, props, and backdrops must be requested in advance.

● Additional fees and timelines will apply based on complexity.

12. PODCAST SERVICES

● Podcast bookings include soundproof studio access, audio/video equipment, and optional post-editing.

● Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may shorten booking duration.

13. STUDIO MAINTENANCE AND AVAILABILITY

● Bold Studios is responsible for keeping all studios clean, operational, and ready for use.

● Clients are expected to leave the space in reasonable condition.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

● Bold Studios is not liable for delays or cancellations due to events beyond our control (natural disasters, power failures, etc.).

15. GOVERNING LAW

● These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

● Any disputes shall be resolved in UAE courts.

By proceeding with a booking, the client agrees to abide by the above Terms and Conditions.
